Does anyone have a negative comment on their batteries and service?

Jon check out the Accessories section. There is a sticky about some batteries not fitting and I seem to recall a thread or two about an unhappy customer but everything else I have read about them is positive.

Nothing negative here...
Great service, great prices!!
I bought a battery for my brothers Nikon. It was defective, so I phoned them up and they gave me a form to fill out and mail back. They will reimburse for shipping costs.
I bought 2 XT batteries, 2 D200 batteries, 2 D70 Batteries and a charger all for less than what canon wants for 2 batteries!!!
Highly recommended!

I'd also say search through the thread on those batteries in the Accessories section. I really haven't seen many neg. comments there and they even have great Pricegrabber.com ratings. I was going to post a positive comment about them...but I realized that wouldn't really contribute to this thread much.

They must have gotten that ill-fitting mold situation sorted because the BP-511s I ordered a couple weeks ago are fine.

Sorry for the slight bump, but I thought I'd add to this thread with another positive review for sterlingtek. I ordered 4 batteries, sent with the standard shipping on Wednesday at 5pm, and received them the next day before noon! So far, the ones I've opened have charged up and work great.
I was a little leary of using a site with a Yahoo storefront at first, but I will definitely be ordering from them again. :)

Send 'em back; they'll replace them.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with then when ordering directly from their website - but earlier this year I ordered some batts from them through the Pricegrabber site itself as they had cheaper shipping when going through the Pricegrabber interface. That order was a nightmare and took forever to get resolved. Not sure if that was Sterlingtek or Pricegrabber's fault - but I would stick to ordering directly from their website.

I have 4 and they fit perfectly and last forever. You really can't beat them, on batteries.
