You can add the picture by using the url. You need to put "" at the beginning of the url and "" behind it (without the quotes). Nice ducky shots. :-)

Yes #1, a Northern Shoveler by the way, is a little oof and the white on the chest is a bit overexposed. Try backing off on the EC a bit. Good try overall.
