Waterproof Point and Shoot?

I'm looking for a waterproof point and shoot camera. I have looked at some from Sea-Life and olympus. I want to take photographs in our inground pool, so I don't need to go more than 10 feet under water. I was wondering if anyone had some recommendations on a good one. I don't want to spend much more than $350 on the camera and I don't want to buy an underwater housing for my 30D.

Ive got an A540 that can be picked up for around $160 while supply's last, its sence been replaced by the A560. The dive case for it is around $160. It makes for a pretty nice 6mp rig, very easy to use and has an underwater mode and white ballance.

Pentax W30 for about $250, or Olympus 770SW, which I believe is about $350.
