I have a photo of one of the nieces at a wedding i did. I got a model release from from the bride + groom as part of the contract, but does that model release form cover to ALL the wedding photos? or just the ones that include them?
I own a photo / album manufacturing company, and i want to use the said photo as an album cover / insert sheet. Anyone with any legal knowledge got any idea?

Legally, I don't know. Personally, I would seek a model release from the niece (or parents), if for nothing more than to cover my a**.

I definitely think you need a release form the neice's parents. I believe that the model release has to come from the actual model or their representative (the parents in this case). Contact the bride and/or groom and tell them what you want to use the photo for and ask for the neice's parents address to see if they will sign the model release. Most people are very flattered if they ask if you can use their photo in a project. It wouldn't hurt if you talk up how photogenic the neice is. ;)
