What is the best way to deliberately vignette on wedding pics. Just getting into this area would like to hear some comments on it. Thanks in advance!

Use the Tamron on the 5D, that'll do it :p

I do my vignettes in Photoshop or ACR, depending on exactly what i'm trying to do.

Filter -> Distort -> Lens correction -> Vignette works for me...

I think he was being sarcastic ;) It has been known... :-)

I also use the Filter : Distort : Lens Correction : Vignette in PS but I have some Lightroom Presets that do a pretty good job, although you don't have the same amount of control as the PS filter.

-Make a selection of the are you do NOT want vignetted and then invert the selection.
-Feather the selection so that the vignetting gradually gets darker towards the sides and corners.
-Create a Curves Adjustment layer and drag down the upper righthand corner of the curve line down towards the center. This will darken the selected area. Adjust the slope of the line to get the degree of darkness you want in the corners.

Do you mean a white vingette, or a dark one?

That's a good point. If it's white vignetting that's desired, note the change (in bold) in the procedure below.

-Make a selection of the are you do NOT want vignetted and then invert the selection.
-Feather the selection so that the vignetting gradually gets darker towards the sides and corners.
-Create a Curves Adjustment layer and drag up the lower leftthand corner of the curve line up towards the center. This will brighten the selected area. Adjust the slope of the line to get the degree of brightness you want in the corners.
