I took this Sunday morning and am quite pleased with it.
Any thoughts on how to improve it?

This one? Loose the colors. That, or try moving the hue slider or mix some channels, perhaps even in CMYK mode.

I like the image as it is - it puts a different (original) play on IR and I like the subtle colours.
As for improvement - I think a person or two in the shot might have been nice but its great the way it is.
Well done

I like the pastel colors. It's sort of a "Cotton Candy Dream" effect.

Good idea, but with two probs - 1. the park was empty Sunday morning, and 2. getting anyone to stand still for 6 seconds could be a problem :-)

I opened the RAW file in File Viewer and clicked and draged to select the image info from the frame on the right. The Ctrl C to copy.

I like this picture as is and would not change anything.
Regarding the framing I have a comment.
You added a drop shadow to the picture with makes it lying above the matte. Should it not be under the matte?

In real life - yes :D
But with Photoshop we can change the rules. I did do it with a sunken bevel, but the very light grass area at the bottom of the pic blended into this too much and there wasn't a clear deliniation between the matte and the pick. I put a thin black line round it, but didn't like tha much, and in the end decided on the drop shadow.
BTW I think the best thing about your frame action are the STOP stages where I use the eye dropper tool to select the matte & frame colours from within the image. Very nice :D
The only thing I'm thinking of changing are the resize dimensions. With them set at 600px and 100 px they apear different sized on cropped images. I'm thinking of using the percentage option to make them relative to the image size so the proportions are always the same.
