Belly Dancers (Beware, bellies!)

Croydon (town in Surrey, UK) had a festival on this weekend. Here are a couple of shots from some belly dancers on the Sunday "Indian Mela" day.

#1 - poor lighting on either end of the line.
#2 - is great shot, except for cutting off the hands but like the lighting, colors, DOF

Thanks for looking Suicidenote. This wasn't a "professional" stage setup it was a small tent at a festival and it was very hard to get any worthwhile pics. Plus they had about 5 microphone stands that they just left at the front of the stage through all the different acts. Frustrating!

Do you think I should crop it for the people in the middle? The sound and lighting was very amateurish, as you can tell :-)

Agree about the "chopping" but there is a microphone on a stand just to the left of this shot, arrgghh! :-) I guess I could have taken the shot and cloned it out. I've got some where they have their hands in the air above their heads but the arms are in front of the faces of the people behind them. Oh well, got to move around the stage more next time and knock over a few of the microphone stands :-)
