http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v513/jon1996/Doe.jpgI really like this picture, I have been haing a time trying to get a good pic with my new XTI, I seen this crane at a local lake, It was about 350feet from me, I was in my truck, I used the Sigma at 300mm to take this, I belive it could make a decent pic, but I was wanting someone to PP this I am not good at PP with PS< look at it and let me know,

Both images are over exposed. On top of that, both seem to have the saturation set high, especially the second one with the great blue heron (not a crane) in it.
To fix the first one, use the Levels adjustment tool to move the black point to the right to darken the image. You'll also need to move the mid-tone slider a little to the right, too, to get the overall brightness right. Then use the Hue/Saturation adjustment tool to bring down the color saturation a little.
The picture of the great blue heron will need a little more work. You'll need to really bring down the saturation in that picture as well as increasing the contrast.

I agree with PacAce. They look overexposed and oversaturated. Best to turn your contrast, saturation and sharpness settings down to nil in the camera, then adjust to your satisfaction later on.
I'm not at my regular workstation today, so I'm not 100% sure about the colour I'm viewing. Plus I'm not familiar with the animals in the photos. (In fact, I'm not sure why I bothered!...)
Anyway, my offering:
