They do look like a fun, relaxed group! Isn't it nice when they're like that? I just shot an engagement session at Pittock Mansion...did your B&G have to pay to take pics there?

These pictures don't show a crazy wedding, maybe that that it was crazy, but it was more fun. :)
Some of the images, especailly the ones with flash, are a bit to dark, lighten the darks a bit. Correct the white balance too with checking the skin color.
You added a dark frame around the shots which covers the right side of your signature.

i havent done any editing yet; i think WB came out really good for the harsh lightning condition that place had! (it was similar to candle light)

My critique has been especially requested...
1. Good scene shot.
2. Why are the flowers there? Photo looks too posed, can only see half his face.
3. I kinda like the slant, except you lost one guys feet. Again not enough face.
4. A fun moment, where were they looking?
5. Is that the groom under the dress? Do you have any showing it better?
6. Not sure what this shot is for.
7. Phone/looking away/sunglasses. Not great.
8. Um...
9. Nice snap.
10. Great moment, wrong angle.
11. Groom looking wrong way.
12. Too central
13. People looking wrong way, side shadow.
Overall the photos don't covey any emotion to me at all, because of this I think the set is weak. You have to make people comfortable expressing their emotions for each around you. Also take a look at the many technical issues above. You might need to be more assertive to get better shots.

thank you tim, i'll keep that in mind, but i was second shooter, so most people were posing for main photographer :(
number 6 7 and 8 were from them playing some sort of gangster cheating game lol
thank you again

I think many of the photos can use some post processing. dodging, burning, contrast, saturation, curves, levels all go into enhancing a photo that already is good. That's just part of the game.

It's not cheating. It's no different than in the film days. Might have had different ways to get contrast like using filters, between the light and the paper but it still got you more contrast.
Picking film that has a warmer feeling over a cooler feeling makes a difference. Or a red filter when using black and white film will give a more saturated and polarized type look to the sky.
There's no substitute for getting it right when pushing the shutter, but to clean up the finished product is always nice.

Being 2nd shooter's a pretty important thing to say when you ask for critique, if i'd know that the critique would've been different. My opinion is 2nd shooters should be covering things that the main photographer isn't, you don't need two copies of the good shots.
