can anyone tell me how i can post my pictures with better quality
it seems to me that when i send them through ps my photos look lighter

Make sure your monitor is properly calibrated, a quick search on here will give you lots of results :). Also, i think the reason it's coming out lighter is to do with colour profile. Do you shoot in AdobeRGB? It could be that you are saving them as sRGB jpegs and its having this effect. When saving them, i use the save as command in photoshop - i think for showing on a forum, it's best to make sure they are sRGB, set quality to a minimum of 10. Maybe a little sharpening would help.

Ignoring the problems with quality and brightness, i like this picture.
