Hot Shoe flash speedring from shooter's insight video

any idea what's the name of this specific model or at least type of adapter ..i am using chimera adapters and from what i see they are miserable piece of #$#%#$% comparing to the one used in video

I love these type of videos! Can't help you on the flash adapter. Maybe check out strobist. Im also very curious about these.
