I just got off the phone with them. I placed an order early Monday morning and paid for overnight shipping. As of this evening I still had no camera or lenses. Called and asked them what the problem is, and they said my order was cancelled.

I asked why and they said the info I provided didn't match my credit card companies info. They didn't notify me or give me any indication that the order had been cancelled. Upon checking again, it turns out the info was in fact correct and they offered to ship it out in the morning. I decided to just leave it cancelled and ordered from somewhere else. It really pissed me off that they didn't inform me.

Boy, I was gonna order next Monday and I need the 10D by Friday. Another shooter I know had no problem, ordering completely on-line.

Think I might reference their web site, but use their 800 number?
