1/30 exposure? Most of us try and keep to at least 1/160.

Yup, 1/30 indeed. This was late afternoon, as the sun was going down. I was already at ISO 400, and only stopped down to f/8, so I didn't have much choice. I was using flash, so it worked out just fine.
