Hello,
For the past few weeks, I have had trouble getting my Canon BP-511 battery out of the battery compartment. I press the orange release and the battery shifts out only marginally - I have to 'tap' the top of the camera to get the battery out, like getting the last bits of tomato sauce out of a bottle.
Strangely enough, my generic brand BP-511 does not have the same problem. Looking inside the compartment, nothing appears conspicuously wrong.
Any ideas would be appreciated, as I would like to sell it to a friend hassle-free when I trade up in the near future.
