Hiya All,

Ba Humbug third time lucky damn server's been busy:lol:

Found this little one scampering through some flower this afternoon, it paused briefly for a photo shoot then was off at great speed.

#2 is my favorite I just liked the way the light caught it's eye as it popped out the shadows

Cheers for now

Superb... I just love the way their legs work with their body so close to the ground.

Must be really fun to be a spider like that.

Great shots! I like #1 best. Seems sharper, better contrast, and something that coould be used in a good HD movie. I wish I could do that well with my 105!

Are you sure these are daddylonglegs spiders? They look like harvesters to me. Daddylonglegs have longer slimmer bodies. Nice shots though. :)

Love these shots Mark, number one and three for me, 2 is spoiled by the shadow of the foreground. I understand how that goes.
Great stuff though, keep them coming.

Good shots mark - I always find these very hard to photograph.

Great shots Mark, these are fascinating creatures - the non- spider lol. I like #2 as well with the eye lol. #3 is a great shot too.

I have ever only had the opportunity to photograph a Harvestman once as I dont see these very often, and the detail that comes through on a macro is really interesting.

Hiya Linda,

Many thanks for your kind words & comments, as you say "the detail that comes through on a Macro is really interesting ". I think that's my main reason for shooting Macro as there is such an amazing unseen World at ones feet & head if ya got NITS
