My 10 'Best' Pictures (maybe?)

Went through the 623 pictures in my gallery and tried to choose what I thought were my 10 'best' shots. Could probably drive myself crazy trying to find faults or reasons they aren't that good...so I'll let you all help.

Wow, these are all great, and I would say that the first 6 are outstanding! I only wish I had some shots like this for my portfolio. Great work!

I like all of them except:

CRW_2660-BW.JPG - This one looks 'flat' to me and lacks any punch. Also, the mic is obscuring the singers face..

SprayingFreewayFire.JPG - Just not interesting to me (of course that's just me)

Wide.jpg - I think the trees and rocks in the bottom left distract from the picture.

Otherwise, i really dig Rubyglow.jpg & SnohomishRiverPreDawn.jpg --the lighting and composition are great.

Thanks to feedback I changed the shot I had been doubting the most. Switched the freeway fire shot for the foggy rocks.

I think I didn't choose the foggy rocks shot at first is because I thought it was too cliche or something.

Yeah I could probably do a better conversion to black and white on that shot.

I really do like SnohomishRiverPreDawn, it's been my background since the week I took it. The contrast between the sharp tree and it's wavy reflection...the foggy trees on the sides, and the sun just starting to show itself all work very well.
