I recently purchased this flash, but the manual is not in English so I was wondering if someone can scan the manual for me or direct me to somewhere online where I can find it.

I found the 580EX manual online, but wanted to read the one for version II.

Why not just go to usa.canon.com and look under consumer -> follow the links to the camera (SLRS) and look at the bottom... The flash is there. You should be able to download the manual at the support page...

I looked on the site, but it seems that they don't have the manuals for the flashes there.

The flashes have huge manuals, bigger than the cameras. It's amazing. I looked for you, but no manual.

Can you call their 800 number? They might be willing to swap the two for little or no charge. 60-90 days to get a manual online, they told me in the past. After GA.

Probably a dumb question, but are you SURE you're not overlooking the English part? Mine has English, Spanish, and French all in the same booklet.
