#4 is nice, but deserves a better Raw conversion.
Some of the other shots are nice as well. Whatch out for blown channels!

He certainly has facial expressions! :-) I really love the 5D/15mm fisheye combination ... so much that I got the 8mm Sigma, too, although not as usable it does get yet another different and interesting look.

I heard John Mayer once live, and his voice sounded so awful, I left. Maybe it was a rare occurrence, but it was painfully bad. Nice shots. I like the look of #2 a lot. I'd clone out that light blotch up on the left, though.

I hate John Mayer... for not comming to Denmark (or at least Europe). If it wasn't for the fact that I like to own the covers, and decent quality copies of the songs, I'd have no problem pirating Continuum. I really like #2.

Nice Photos! I haven't seen those in the celebrity news (http://www.thevelvethottub.com) or blogs. it's amazing what these camaeras can do, it's like i was there at the concert...now if only they had microphones.

Nice shots. At least you got his funky facial expressions.
I heard somewhere he sees colors when he hears certain notes or sounds.

Nah, thats not true. Somewhere he was misquoted talking about how jimi hendrix could do this, and it eventually made it into wikipedia incorrectly.

If it was more than 1 or 2 years ago then you should try going to another show. At the beginning of his career he was more of a guitar player than a singer-- but he has gotten very good at singing in the past year or so (probably a lottt of vocal lessons).

It's amazing what a truck load of acid can do to one's mind... ;)
All I know is that I'm seeing very nice colors on these pictures! Great captures!
