Would like to hear from anybody who has used this lens. I am considering my options before deciding on new lens for shooting sports. I quite like the idea of the wide focal range on this lens, but don't want to compromise on image quality. I am also thinking of the 70-200mmL which by all accounts is an excellent lens, with a 1.4x extender. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
