I just saw the ones from Iran and this prompted me to wonder if any one has some from North Korea as I have already been to South Korea.
This may be highly unlikely, but if anyone has shots from North Korea, I'd be interested in seeing them or linked to a gallery to this secret country.

These are good, I like the blue water, but I want to see some photojournalistic types as well, especially of everyday life in N. Korea.

Thanks, those were great! Pretty interesting. Rush hour on the subway didn't seem so rushed. I'm always amazed at the darkness of the photos and the many grays in the images.

The thing that strikes me about the photos is the way that everything looks sanitised. No cars, no scruffy people, no smiles.

I would agree that you can find smiles and laughs almost anywhere. One of the reasons why I am interested in seeing these pictures is because the DPRK is always seen in biased light, but this is also partly their leader's fault. Why not let anyone in? Why so secluded? I actually saw a 20/20 show or some similar news program where the American reporters were required to travel with minders and some of the interviewees were coached on what to say. It was actually kind of funny because the tape caught one of the minders telling one of the interviewees what to say under her breath. Nonetheless, people in this country are somewhat told how to live (e.g. there is a manual on how to groom yourself and acceptable standards for haircuts, etc...) notice that no one man has long hair of facial hair.
Anyways, the pictures are all very interesting, but the country just always looks so gray, partly the climate I think. I also think the lack of major name brand stores is delightfully missing or regretfully mission on how you look at these corporations. That'll be the day when a Starbucks opens.
