I took a few snaps this afternoon of the neighbor's grandson while working in the yard. Processing the files this evening I get about 3/4 of the pics showing the color cast on the left side of the child's face you can see in the sample below. Details:
Camera and lens: 1D and 85/1.8
AV mode: f2.8, 1/2000
Ambient only (at my back)
RAW capture converted in DPP (set WB to shade and minor curve adj)
PS adj: slight contrast & saturation, then USM
Never have seen this problem before. Anyone know what's going on here? Is this a mixed color temp problem (reflected light from lawn camera right)?
