Your 15 years old? Good grief, you are doing very well! Humming birds are very difficult to capture and you have done well. I really like the natural environment with the hummers...going from flower to flower. You should be very proud of this series. Excellent work.

Great job! I like #4 the best. They are deffinitely hard to catch. I just put up a feeder and have been having a tough time catching the little guys. I took a look at your website as well. Very nice!

Thank you both for saying these kind words, and this means alot to me for someone to say these kind words to me about my pictures. And yes these hummingbirds are very hard to capture, I wishing to get a very tack sharp image of just the hummingbird and nothing else in flight. Thanx again and keep the comments coming

Great shots Kid. You might try some flash on them next time, to lighten them up a bit. :)

very nice. I noticed that you shoot most of the time at iso 100 and get low shutter speeds. Unless you are on a tripod I would suggest a iso200-iso400 to get more shutter speed.
I wish I could live near wildlife like you do...

Silvex: Yes i shoot on a tripod all the time with Is on all the time. So thanx and i really never liked the result of a high iso, but i will do it if i need to.
Joegold68: Thanx and ill keep the pictures coming

great! While the 100-400 is in on a tripod Iwould turn IS off. Actually I turn my off, since it might confuse the lens.

Yes I really could never see a difference with IS on or IS off for some reason but i will try that silvex

The newer versions are supposed to turn IS off when it senses it is on a tripod. I don't know, I never had a new one, but my old version, with IS on and on a tripod, would wonder off center. So I just turned it off when I used a tripod. It can't hurt anyway. :)
