Nice saturated colors but (on my monitor) all three look a little too contrasty. This may be due to from (judging by the shadows) being taken near mid-day when the light isn't very dramatic. Good scans but I'd open up the shadows a little with a little gamma adjustment. With which scanner are you working?

I think they are a bit contrasty too. If you had a CPL this would have helped tone down the harshness of the midday light. In PS you could turn down the highlights and your gtg.
