PNY Flash Memory

I'm rounding up memory cards for my soon expected 1D3. I will shoot JEPG (largest file) and store on 2GB SanDisc Ultra II cards I purchased at Staples yesterday for $19 each. I would like a faster card to shoot RAW files (download to computer). NewEgg has 4GB 133x PNY CF cards for $44. Anyone know anything about the quality of PNY cards?

I have a 1gig PNY card I bought a few years ago. In the 300D it's painfully slow compared to a Sandisk Ultra II. Really bad. But in the 20D it seems to be just about as fast as the Sandisk cards. And the PNY in the 20D is faster than the Sandisk in the 300D. Go figure.
