Where do you want to go?
I was hoping to visit Australia this year but no chance.
Then i thought about Canada [as i was hoping to visit it next year if i visit OZ this year], but then the tickets are so expensive and the hotels booking take times to find the cheapest one, so i ignored it.
My last chance is Europe as i have a visa to Europe, but UK i didn't have visa so i applied for it and waiting if they will finish it very soon, i checked the tickets and find that to Glasgow [Scotland] by our flight is cheap, so all what i need is to find cheap hotel and waiting my visa then everything is ok, if not then i don't know where to go, i was thinking about Germany and Austria but i feel that i will visit places look like that i visited last year to Switzerland and Paris.
Any thoughts?

I was thinking about US as well but if Canada is not easy to get then i think even USA will not be easier to get.
My issue is Visa and hotels, some countries the Visa can take about 1 or 2 days up to 1 week, others can take about 2 weesk and longer.
My date to travel suppose to be between 7 to 10 of August, i don't want to travel after that date range.

A lot depends on what time of the year you go. Scotland/Northern England is beautiful... summer and early autumn... I wouldn't go there in the winter time.
How long will your trip be for?
Prague and Budapest are stunning cities as well.
Austria is similar to Switzerland near the border for sure...
There is not a lot that can beat Italy for varitey, ease of travel, good photo motives and excellent food and shopping...

i said above that i will travel in August, starting between 7 to 10, for 2 weeks or little longer if can book everything with lower prices.
I want to visit places where i can find landscapes of mountains, lakes, water [can be beaches or falls is possible], and not into cityscapes or buildings that much, i want to go to nature rather than walking around the city, you have any idea?

Your initial suggestion of Scotland is a great one if that is what you are looking for...

Ireland's pretty as well, particularly the West, if it's nature and landscapes you're after.

Wales is pretty as well - particularly around Aberystwyth.

All are great, i know Europe all parts are the best places for landscapes, why not when you all have rains and cold weather so for sure you will get the best landscapes in the world [same in many parts in USA, Canada, and so].
I applied for UK Visa now and it is ready and the tickets are available as well, just now i am searching for one area only in Scotland and check for hotels to complete my booking within one week.

Try Youth Hostels. They're pretty decent.

I will try.
I don't know anything about Scotland but i looked at the map and got many areas or cities there, and i checked or searched deeply which i prefer then i found few areas, i will focus on them.
