Hello I have ordered a couple items from the Pro camera Gear site from here (POTN). Is this reputable? I ordered my items on Monday the 23rd and it still says that its processing the order I have written to them but have had no response , anybody have any expierence with this company? Very good , its just that I havent heard anything from them or him just makes me wonder,I feel a bit better now ,ill feel alot better when I hear something since they already have my money. Thank you Andrew

I think Phil runs the store single handed,. he's usually quite punctual,. but he may not turn things off if he say, takes a weeks vacation?
Total hypothesis on my part, but a possibility?
He also may only ship certain days a week, (again as he is only one man) so he may not box and ship until end of week?
All just guessing.

I ordered the loop strap and a wired remote for an xti on the 6th of July it says still processing.My daughter is getting married on the 18th of August.I would have liked to use the remote at the wedding.If people are going to take orders then send an email if they can't complete them or post it it on the site if theirs a delay.

There must be a problem. I just ordered this past Tuesday and it shipped on Wednesday. Definitely contact him.
