Too Much Noise???

I took this using a 17-55 IS. ISO set at 400 I think, 100 maybe. Just wondering why I have so much noise. Maybe it's just me

Noise cannot be seen at the size you posted, which means it won't show up in a print, unless it's a very big print and in that case your eye wouldn't be close enough to see it when you'd be at a proper viewing distance.

You are probably looking at the image at 100% on your computer screen. Stop doing that. :)
