I'm going to Europe for 3 weeks and need a good bag. I leave Saturday, and tomorrow is my only free day. I'm bringing my Canon gadget bag, but I won't be carrying that around. Need something smaller for walking. All I will need to fit is:
-XTi body
-17-85 IS USM
-Hood for 17-85
-50mm 1.4
-Spare Battery
-Spare 1 gig CF
So really it's not that much that I need to carry. I want to stick with Lowepro, though I'm thinking something like a slingshot might be a little overkill. Any suggestions?

Well I ended up getting a Lowepro Rezo 170 AW. Fits everything very nice, and feels very comfortable on my shoulder.

Sounds like the Slingshot 100 would do the job well, will be very comfortable walking around and is also 'fast on the draw' when needed !
Have a good trip !

The Lowepro off-road might be a little large, but a good choice if you like the belt-type with a holster.

I'm going to Poland to visit family. This is my 4th time there, love it. We might go to Paris for a couple days too. I'm sure I'll fill my CF cards many times over with great pics :)
I got the Lowepro Rezo 170 AW. It seems to fit everything nicely, and feels light on my shoulders. Here it is next to my Canon bag.

Krakow is actually where I'm going to haha. We stay there for 2 weeks, then go to the mountains in Zakopane for a week.
