Okay. This type of photography is way out of my confort zone, but I thought I 'd give it a try. Thoughts for improvement are really appreciated.

Air --

I have a little trouble knocking down the size of the photos to less than 100K. I've got the res at 72, RGB, etc. What else can I do to attach a larger file? Save as a GIF?

I go though photobucket and it automaticly resizes.

but dm i like your photo, and it looks peaceful to me. i have some shots like that but were taken with a fil slr, and they look so grainy and noisy when i scan them. so i just dont. lol. but wonderful shot.

Okay...for example: A number of the images on here are a lot larger than mine (image size and file size). The detail in this cemetery shot really explodes when just a little larger. What other recourse do I have to pump up the size?

DMB I donno I use photobucket and it seems to post'm big enough.

Air and Shanny...you have a been a great help. Thanks so much. I'm so used to using large files that this small stuff has gotten me a tad whacked. Also, nice to see you're just down the road from me, Air. I'm in Gurnee.

When you upload to Photobucket make sure you have the maximum size selected. I'm not sure what the default is but if you got into the upload options if gives you several sizing options.
