Will I gain anything by using the Sandisk Extreme III vs. the IV in an XTI?
20 vs 40 per second? How fast can the XTI Read/Write?

With an ordinary CF card I get 9-10 shots before the buffer is full. With Extreme III and IV I get 13 shots. There's not that much difference betrween the two Extrremes when down loading to PC either. I would save the cash and just use Extreme IIIs.
