I am considering two different options for a photo book for my client's senior pictures. I have just about come to the conclusion that Azuka book is my best choice even though it it is expensive. The other that I'm looking at is Blurb. I am a little afraid because there are complaints on their forum regarding print quality and paper quality. Do any of you have much experience with them? I know that the POTN book was done there.
I want to establish myself as a premium service, not compete with Sears.
Are there other providers that you are really happy with? I don't want to deal with the possibility of ending up with crap.
Thanks

I have also been unable to download the BookSmart software from Blurb. This has never happened to me. Well at least not in the last several years....

There is a POTN member who works at Blurb.com: here is a link: http://photography-on-the.net/forum/member.php?u=93628 You at least can ask him to help or point you in the direction someone who can help. I had no issue downloading the software. Good luck, Dennis

There is a POTN member who works at Blurb.com: Bruce is a busy guy, & I wouldn't bother him unless you have a real issue with a book you made.
See my post #13. I want to make a book but... (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=351213)

Thanks for the replies. After ten attempts at the download (wouldn't even begin) a tech responded to my post on their forum and provided me with a direct link solving my problems. But not before a few condescending "do gooders" assured me that it must be me and no one in the world ever had this trouble before etc etc. In my case the blurb site is the only site that I have had trouble downloading from. Their site was also incredibly slow. I think that their popularity is out running the bandwidth of their server.

Hannaxt, thanks for that link! It looks like they have a promotion for a free book right now!
