Hi just a few from my latest wedding that I liked, just as the service started my 30d packed up so I missed the start then found out that some how my second 30d was set on small jpg not Raw-small jpg after I had shot the first 20 odd pictures in the service:evil: still I think we got some nice pictures.

Although the skin tones look pink in the church sequence, I think it is a lovely capture : you got the emotions, which is important. That is also why I really love the last pic. Even if there are distracting elements in the background, you can feel the tenderness in it.

As for the dress shot, it's well done. At lot of brides pick dresses because they love the details, and your photo captures these details really well.

I like the first 2 shots particularly.

Karine, Yes the skin tones do look bad, in lightroom they seemed ok but I shall have to go back on them, the church shots were with the tameron 28-75 which never gives me a good picture, the dance shots were with the 17-55 is as for no reason that camera by then had started working again and the first two were with my new 50mm 1.4 lens which I am still learning how to use.

Thanks for the comments I was using my 50mm 1.4 for the first time, it seems like a very good lens, I had a few miss focus shots but that was due to the operator.

I really like first two images and the last one, they are well done, but I second Karine (k_blais) regarding the skin tone in the church. Check the WB.

Regarding shooting the wrong format, that's bad luck. Luckily you noticed it and could correct it.
That's the reason I always use only RAW no matter what I'm shooting. Never changing the mode.

Well bad luck or stupidity on my part:mad: I always shoot raw-smalljpg as I run a slideshow at the reception it was only as I looked at the top of the camera and saw over a 1000 pictures left that I found out that I had set it wrong, wont happen again.
