#1 is awesome,I love the comparison in size of the GA planes against the 747 :)

I like the first capture with the smaller aircraft adding to the scale of the 747, I work at Gatwick and see this site everyday and it never fails to impress watching the big birds gracefully take flight. I must get around to taking my camera into work for the day..

The first shot makes the other planes look likes toys. And the last shot is really good.

All are nice shots. I like the size comparison you get it the first shot as well.

I still think the 747 is all just an illusion... Those things are just too large to fly.

The other planes look like dinky toys, that thing is massive. Great captures.

perfect shots and not too cropped or didn't cut off anything!

Now with the horizon straightened out, thanks for that tip :D
What a difference, I just get too excited at times and overlook the basics

Nice pictures. How did you keep up with 747? As they don't look like you have taken them all from the one spot.

They were all taken from the same spot. The aviation viewing area at Manchester:)
You get an excellent view of the whole take off procedure(checkout the background)
I just panned the 747 from the start of the take off until it was in the air
tbh with it being so large I seemed to have plenty of time to follow it and zoom in a bit more when i needed too
It was my first shot of a 747 so I was quite happy with the results
Cheers
