I thought CF cards were suppose to be priced lower than SD cards of the equivalent capacity. But now SanDisk lists their Ultra II and Extreme III cards $5-10 lower for SDs versus CF.

I understand that cameras using SDs are swarming out by the dozens versus few SLRs and prosumers using CF. However, shouldn't the cheaper to produce/higher capacity of the CF contra off the large demand=lower price of the SD?

Not necessarily. Prices are dropping all over the map. Not just Secure Digitals.

It's true. You have to take the best deal available on the day knowing that tomorrow prices will fall again.
