I do not know what you mean by "should it look like this?"

Exposure looks alright. I think it may be tilted a bit though. The main bridge structure appears to be leaning slightly left while the low bridge in the background appears to be running uphill to the right.

Other than that, looks alright!

looks good to me, just , as Naturalist said, a bit leaning to one side. good job!

Wow I really love that first one. If it were me I'd think I'd photoshop the little black thing in the right bottom corner (clone tool) to make it look like water there instead.... and then I'd print it and stick it on my wall!!! :)

(Also) The 2nd one I think would look a bit better with a darker or more dramatic touch on the sky... just a little bit. It looks a little too neutral.

I like both photos like Ursula states I would also get rid of what appears to be rocks in the right corner of the first photo.

i like it, but maybe clone out the 2 pairs of distracting blue and red lights underneath the bridge. it takes away from the lovely orang-ish feel of this shot.

wow, I love the light bokeh, I need to try out my 50mm 1.8 at night, though, mine wont come out that well, not as experienced as you, and your camera quality is better =/

very nice work

trevor. use a tripod. and one thing i learned also is to use the timer to take the shot. when you're doing a long exposure when you press the shutter down and release there is slight vibration which can mess up your shot if you're not careful. i usually use the timer to take the shot so that i dont touch the camera when its on the tripod and about to do a long exposure like that.

but im sure you can do it. or rest the camera on something to get that long exposure.

c'mon trevor!!! you can do it!!!
