well - the tip posted to me about pre-focusing to the right of home for plate plays was truly very helpful. I got runners running to home finally (no sliders on this outing) totally in focus. Unfortunately, during the time I was at the game, no real exciting plays (tagging) occurred. I did catch one throw which was exciting for me, because perhaps my timing is finally improving.
I also got one almost outstanding pitcher shot EXCEPT, the tiny weeny part of the front toe of one foot (the very top) got cut off. If not for that transgression, I think it probably was the most stunning shot I got to date. I will be contacting the parents tonight for permission to post.
I didn't stay long for this game, it was really HOT. I shall re-post as soon as I get permission from parents to post here. I just wanted to post a big thank you to all here who have helped me tremendously. :D
