You don't. As per forum rules, your dealings are your own. Neither the owner of this forum, nor the moderators have any interest in getting involved with your sale. If something goes wrong, it's you who took the risk.
Caveat emptor.

There is no negative feedback section for forum members. We do not want a Pi$$ing match or public lynching to take place here.
Just don't leave any remarks at all, hence the phrase:
Damned by faint praise.

Not arguing here, just wondering....if we value the safety and well being of our members (as far as the buy/sell forum goes) why would we not have a negative feedback thread? We could set a rule where there should be no discussion of the transaction in the negative thread, just the feedback. If anyone does discuss, just take the measures to make them stop, up to and including a ban. Remind them this should only be taken over by PM or any other way of discussion aside from posting.
I know I don't want my fellow members to purchase from this member due to what has happened, and I would like to make them aware of this..
If no, I understand.

I have moved these posts into a new thread in Forum talk.
The bottom line is that we will never create a forum whose sole purpose is to cast dispersions upon fellow members no matter how deserved they might be.
