I'm going through this same thing - using a white/gray target to get the colour "right".

I prefer No.1 and No.2 with a slight edge to No.1.

Let me guess - No.4 is the result of AWB? It looks so familiar.;)

1 is using the grey card, was not in the same area but under the same sky that day.

2 is the original, 3 green was added, then 4 colors were lowered to bring out the flower.

Nice work, i prefer the 4th image. The contrast to the less saturated background did the flower wonders.

If I had to choose it'd the #4, but the picture doesn't seem to be in focus but maybe it's the blown out yellow that makes it look so soft. And capturing yellow flowers can be difficult. Note the white parts that came through on the flower.
