I saw a S2 IS on display at a Target store near my office. Asked the clerk, then the manager, for the price. they had to call me back two days later. the manager found the box with all the standard items, and they priced it at $122. there is only one issue with it, a missing cover to the EVF. I think I can pick up a rubber style cover, which may look funky, but at least it will be better than nothing.
If one Target has one, it is entirely possible that others do as well. This is a relatively new store, and they had the S3 IS for sale, but not the S5 IS yet.
I am not sure if I will keep it (I have 90 days to return it). I wanted to get a replacement for my G3, which is operational, but I cracked the optical window on the receiving end of the viewfinder. But if anyone else is in the market for a good value, they may just want to look at the local Target store.
