Ok guys -
One of my clients is dominatrix. I'm assuming I can't post images to the sites, even if they are mild in content. I would however like some feedback on a few of them....
so, my question is, can I link to an image and post thats its adult content and you enter at your risk ?
Can I not link at all ?
Or how do I do this ?
thanks,
C

You'd better do as she tells you :D :D
As for posting: suggest you put a external link to that picture (meaning people have to click on the link to view the shots) in this forum with explicit warning if nudity is involved.

Thus far this has not been an issue..
There are two options;
1. We have "glamour shots" and or creative/artistic images with mild nudity posted in share with direct images imbedded.. and a warning in the thread title,.. this has not caused many problems thus far.. although it obviously leaves the descretion of what is "presentable" up to the poster.. thus far no problems. If it goes to far.. it gets edited out :) (hasn't happened yet that I can recall)
2. We suggest that anything containing more than "mild" Nudity should indeed be linked... with warning of the content.
In your case... do to the subject matter being what it is.. I would advise links to the content.

C,
You must be in marketing . . . .
By the time you post these, you'll have the entire forum lined up for a look.

:::::laughing really loud.....
no, I'm not in marketing at all....i just am crazy busy right now shooting a lot of photos in the nature of these......I'm either editing or shooting lately....I also wanted to get the photos copywritten before I post a link to em to protect myself a bit.

Well, they're © the instant you take them. Or, you can put them all on a CD & © them all at once for just the one fee.
As added "insurance", I usually only post small, very compressed images, without sharpening. Sometimes I'll embed © info if I remember to.
How about this, after you post them, we'll all do an exhaustive search of the web every few weeks to see if we can find them somewhere else? :lol: :lol: :lol:
