Spent the day at La Jolla, Mission Beach and Ocean Beach. Took some photos of my kids having a lot of fun, not the best time of day for photos but got some good shots.

No, unfortunately for me, an almost 18 year old daughter. Imagine the looks when an old fart like me is shooting her with a white lens, "who is she?","Where have I seen her before?" Whats she doing with that old guy?"

I feel for you.. Lock her away before it's too late.
A brother and sister who seem to get along.
Nice

Oh boy, the joys of having girls hey. Still, if she still like to play and the beach with her family at that age, you must be doing something right.

Dont know if this fits the people section, but here is the "joy" of having girls and all the trauma that goes with it.

Nice pics.
A little piece of wisdom my Dad passed along to me when my daughter was born..........
"Raising boys is much easier than raising girls. With boys, all you have to worry about is one penis. With girls, you have to worry about them all!"

You're going to need a bigger stick to beat them away with. She is beautiful!

Really loving that first one, I like the sorta of reckless abandon that you captured of them enjoying the beach.

I think the first shot is definitely a keeper. It's a great capture that shows some great family fun, but your horizon is slightly askant.

I'm local, and I have a gun you can borrow...LOL! The 1st shot looks like Sunset Cliffs. Nice photos, beautiful daughter. I have a 12yo girl. Maybe we'll get lucky and they place us in the same cell...LOL!

Nice series of pictures. It would appear you did very well with the bright sun. And it's great to see a family just having fun together - rare enough in todays economy. Congratulations.

I think that number 3 has a good composition but it seems a but blurred or soft. I agree with everyone else though, number 1 is good also.
