It's a nice shot, but I'm quite undecided about it. The foreground is too dark to make out much detail. The setting doesn't really go with the lights imho.
For the long aperture light effect you've chosen it would probably have been better to wait a little longer until it got darker so that they stand out better. The same for the streetlights really.
Or if it had been earlier and therefore lighter you could have captured more detail in the foreground. I would then also use a quicker aperture speed so that the cars still have motion blur, but not too much - say enough that you can make out the wheels against the road. This stuffs always better with an example shot but I'm afraid I haven't got anything I could use.
Hope that garble makes sense!

Nice colors, but the horizon runs right through the center which makes it a rather static pic. I don't think this is the time to break the 'rule of thirds'.
If you like it & can't decide to print it, wait a week & see if it 'grows on you'. Remember, just because because paper comes in 8X10 format, you don't have to accept that proportion in your finished product! Maybe something like 6X10 would work better for this.

I took the liberty to ... hope you don't mind

I'm just amazed at how cropping the photo makes it look almost like an entirely different picture!
Personally I like the pix. I see it as something that gets blown up to make a poster and you put a nice frame around it and hang it somewhere in your house to bring out those colours!

That's a great crop. It brings the city skyline more into the picture. That's what I was going for taking it at sunset. I appreciate eveyones responses. The picture is definately growing on me. It gives me this sort of fast paced but not really fast summer thing. Almost like dance music. Do you know what I mean? I think it might look good with a colored matte.
