Hey all just have a few questions regarding the title.
1. Do you need a vendors liscense, besides the fee you pay to the city putting on the fextival?
2. Do you need a sales tax form or something?
3. Any help on a fair price to charge for an 8x10 matted? Ive read from $15 all the way to $120?
