Graphi album on hold?

I submitted my first album to Graphi and its on hold. Anyone know typical reasons? I've emailed them (I emailed on Friday, but I'm assuming with the time difference, I won't get an answer until tomorrow).

Could i have named the files incorrectly? Could it be my Fed ID#? I only had my temporary available?

I'm just a little worried that it went on hold as soon as it was received.

From what I've read on DWF, Graphi isn't known for its stellar customer service. It will probably take numerous calls and emails before you get that album.

TBH I think it really varies from person to person on what experience they have had with Graphi, were only on our first book so far but customer service has been great so far whether we have been dealing with the UK reps or talking direct to the factory in Italy.

Our book had been in binding for 2 weeks so I gave them a call on Friday to see how much longer it would be and had a very nice chat with a lady there who said it was in the final stages of that process now and that it would be desptatched on Monday or Tuesday .... just checked the site and its now showing as a approx shipping date of 30/07/07 so I cant really ask for more than that.

2 Weeks seems quite long for binding but having said that this order is for a couple of main books, several parents albums, quite a few pocket books and calendars as well and at what is probably their busiest time of year so I still dont think the turnaround is that long... when you break down how long they been working on it and take away the time the client was approving the proof its still less than a month to design and supply a book to us whch is pretty good imo.

Our Asuka books take 3 weeks when we do the design and thats just for one standard book !
