Action Photos

Hello,

I currently own the S3is and I am wondering what settings people use for those action photos. Such as the baseball player throwing the ball and being able to see the ball in the air with great quality.

I been trying to test it out but the closet I got was a clear lighter in the air with a lot of noise.
