I just got my new camera yesterday and it really looks good. I just have one problem: when I am replaying a movie clip on the camera there's no sound to it. Is that normal? In the user guide it says: ...movie immages and sound will play... I contacted Canon and they said that the sound you can only hear if you replay it on the computer.
WHo can help me?

What Canon told you is correct. If you play back movies on a computor you can hear the sound( if your computer has a sound card and speakers). The S200 itself doesnt have a speaker to play back sounds. I have an S330 which has a speaker to play back sounds, but it is a small speaker and doesnt produce great sound.

I didnt buy the camera to capture video. A feature I like about the S330 is that it can playback sounds as its operated. I have mine setup to produce an "SLR shutter" sound when I press the shutter. Its a good confirmation that I pressed hard enough to take a picture. No need to take ones eye away fron the viewfinder and check the monitor.

Thanks for your reply.
I have one more question. What is the difference between the number of pixels used and the compression? And if I want to print good normal size pictures, what pixels(640, 320 or160) and compression(superfine, fine or normal) should I set the camera on? Thank you very much for your help!
