Hi All,
My girlfriend recently entered the world of Digital Photography and got herself the 300D.
She also got 2 interfit 300 watt external light - modelling with built in flash.
Anyway , the problem seems to be that no matter which way we take a photo , there is either a shadow on the backdrop, or the image is too dark.
Personally, i think that the external lights are not in sync with the cameras flash and i was wondering if there was any suggestions about this.
We have tried different distances for the lights , softboxes, lighting levels , and lots more.
I have noticed that if i cover the flash on the camera there is almost no light in the image at all , which led me to my theory about the external lights being out of sync.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance
Taz
