Can anyone shed some light on how this post processing "burnt" look has been created and if there are any tutorials out there for Ps on how to achieve it?

Here's my effort, it took about 20 seconds.
1. I used Kevin Kubota's action pack vol. 2: Radiance Landscape One, twice, then made a selective color layer and upped the cyan in the cyans and whites (to try and get some sky, but then I realized it wasn't in the original), and upped the yellow, then used some midbright from the set to bring out some of the ground, then the Daily Multi-Vitamin action

2. I boosted the contrast and the hue and saturation (wanted to try it w/o the action pack), but could have tweaked it more.
