Dirt in S3 EVF - how to clean?

Hi all, new to my S3 and this formum. No search ability found here however so only looked so far into the threads for an answer but no luck.

Anyone know of either a parts blowup or procedure for removing the EVF for cleaning out the inside of it?

I already tried removing the eye cup, blowing around it and tried the one screw exposed under the cup but more must be involved to access it.

I'm a tech and have disassembled cams before but had some sort of documentation to follow so didn't want to dig in blind.

I got the camera used so no warranty and don't want to send it out for such an easy problem to fix hopefully.
