The name I really wanted for a new web site etc is already gone (which actually surprised me & the chick that has it is actually from very near my hometown LOL) so now I need some ideas on alternatives.

I wanted KristinAndersonPhotography.com - but the .com is gone. I could have KristinAndersonPhotography.net or some other ending but a couple of friends say that's no good.

I'm wondering if I could go with Kristin Anderson Photography for my "company" name (I'm on another continent than the other woman) and have a website like KristinPhotography or KristinAndersonPhotos or KJAPhotography or something like that. I want something easy for people so the Name and the Website have to at least go together.

I already have a website (that desperately needs to be updated as it's been almost 2 years for most of it!)/name for my underwater stuff www.OceansByAnderson.com but as I am moving into land and people things, I don't think I want to use that for the new stuff, but maybe I should?

At this stage I am doing small things on request for people and I need to build a site for them to go to when their images are done and just to have somewhere to stick the new images I'm getting so friends/family can have a look!

Any ideas and help at all is greatly appreciated.

We have a .net domain, and haven't had any problems.
